Avery Write is a hip-hop artist, author, and storyteller from Sacramento, California. Combining music and literature, Avery creates impactful narratives that explore themes of mental health, identity, and resilience. Their latest project, Heroic: The Album, tells the story of Revenant, a young Black superhero battling dragons, demons, and depression. Paired with Heroic: The Novel, the multimedia project aims to inspire audiences and spark meaningful conversations about overcoming adversity. Avery’s work is deeply personal, drawing from their own experiences to empower others through art and storytelling.
